TERMS OF SERVICE
NTOFiling.com LLC
Effective Date: May 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, forms, document preparation services, filing support services, payment services, and related services offered through NTOFiling.com LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or purchasing any service from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase our services.
Services Provided
NTOFiling.com LLC provides administrative, document preparation, notice preparation, filing coordination, recording support, mailing support, and related non-legal services in connection with construction notices, preliminary notices, notices to owner, notices to contractor, lien-related notice workflows, and similar filing or compliance documents.
We may prepare documents based on information you provide, submit documents to third parties, arrange mailing or delivery, coordinate recording or filing, or provide administrative support related to those services.
Not a Law Firm; No Legal Advice
NTOFiling.com LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of our website or services.
Our services are administrative and informational in nature. We do not provide legal opinions, legal strategy, legal representation, or advice regarding your rights, deadlines, lien rights, bond rights, contract rights, collection rights, or legal remedies.
You are solely responsible for consulting with a licensed attorney regarding your legal rights, obligations, deadlines, and remedies.
Customer Responsibility for Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information you provide to us, including but not limited to:
Property owner names;
Contractor names;
Customer names;
Property addresses;
Legal descriptions;
Parcel information;
Project information;
Dates of first furnishing, last furnishing, contract dates, or other deadline-related information;
Mailing addresses;
Recording information;
Amounts due;
Contact information;
Any other information used to prepare, submit, mail, record, or file documents.
We are entitled to rely on the information you provide without independently verifying it. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, rejected filings, missed deadlines, invalid notices, or other issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or unclear information provided by you or a third party.
No Guarantee of Legal Effectiveness
We do not guarantee that any notice, filing, mailing, recording, document, or service will preserve, perfect, create, extend, or enforce any legal right, lien right, bond claim, payment right, or collection remedy.
Acceptance of a document by a clerk, recorder, property owner, contractor, governmental office, or other recipient does not mean the document is legally sufficient or enforceable.
You understand that construction notice, lien, bond, and filing requirements may be technical, deadline-sensitive, and fact-specific. You are responsible for confirming all legal requirements with a licensed attorney.
Deadlines and Timing
We may display estimated deadlines, filing windows, mailing dates, or processing timelines. These are provided for convenience only and are not legal advice.
You are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable statutory, contractual, administrative, or legal deadline. We are not responsible for missed deadlines unless we expressly agree in writing to perform a specific service by a specific deadline and fail to do so due solely to our own error.
Processing times may vary based on customer response times, third-party systems, government offices, postal services, recorder offices, payment processing, technical issues, or other factors outside our control.
Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third parties, including but not limited to county recorders, clerks, postal services, process servers, payment processors, software vendors, governmental agencies, data providers, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, errors, rejections, outages, fees, or requirements of any third party.
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees shown at the time of purchase or otherwise agreed in writing. Fees may include service fees, filing fees, recording fees, postage, mailing fees, search fees, administrative fees, convenience fees, or third-party charges.
Unless otherwise stated, all fees are due before services are performed. We may decline, suspend, or delay services until payment is received.
Refunds
Because our services often involve immediate administrative work, document preparation, third-party charges, filing costs, mailing costs, or staff time, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
We may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund, credit, or partial refund where appropriate. Any refund does not waive our rights under these Terms.
Third-party fees, recording fees, filing fees, mailing fees, government fees, and processing fees are non-refundable unless the applicable third party refunds them to us.
Customer Review and Approval
You are responsible for reviewing all documents, confirmations, drafts, notices, addresses, project information, and filing details before submission, mailing, recording, or filing.
If we provide a draft or confirmation for your review, your approval authorizes us to proceed. We are not responsible for errors you approved or failed to correct.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, website portal, text message, or other electronic means. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and monitoring your email, spam folder, and account notifications.
Account Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.

Your violation of any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
Any document, filing, mailing, recording, or notice requested by you;
